Our purpose is to encourage Christian leadership around God's world, "helping leaders lead". If you're reading this on-line, the chances are you are able to access the resources on this site. However, many leaders in less developed countries are unable to access the internet - lack of computers and communications technology simply means it isn't possible right now. Yet the church is growing fastest in some of the less developed countries, generating a need for leadership training. The Teal Partner scheme equips those who share our vision with materials and resources to give leadership seminars to local pastors and leaders. The Teal Partner programme operates worldwide except the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Western Europe. (In these countries we assume that leaders have internet access to download materials. - in special cases we may be able to provide partner packages to leaders in these countries. What we expect from our Teal Partners : that partners share our vision
for encouraging leadership. that partners will be in a
position where they come into contact with a number of other leaders and emerging leaders.
Training colleges, ministry development schemes and training ministries all make ideal
partners. that partners will read thoroughly the
leadership books and materials to build their background knowledge and skills. that they will use the material to train
other leaders. |
