All leaders have different styles of leadership
.  Think about Paul, Peter, Moses and Nehemiah. Each had distinctive leadership strengths, yet each of them offers a role model for Christian leaders. This short self-assessment offers you the opportunity to explore your own leadership style. We also provide some thoughts on why leaders have different styles.
