Give your leadership a lift! Our research shows that many Christian leaders would like greater prayer support than they currently receive. We believe that it is vital that the church’s leaders are properly supported with prayer. For ideas on praying for your own pastor or church leader, please see our page "How to pray for your pastor." If you are a Christian leader with a specific need for intercession, we suggest that you consider using one of four on-line prayer networks. Whilst these don't replace the ongoing prayer support of personal intercessors, they are a useful source for "top up" prayer for specific needs. We offer specific resources on :- |

Leaders also need to share their personal needs for prayer, usually with one or two people who they know and trust. We have produced a simple guide, “Firm Foundations”, which offers some thoughts to leaders on recruiting and working with intercessors, and some guidelines on working together effectively. |
