Gifts and Services
This section aims to help you assess the gifts
that God has given to you, and consider how these gifts may be used in His service.
It aims to help you identify the one or two areas you are strongest at, rather than
"rating" your gifts in each area. Thus, you should take away from this exercise
for reflection the one or two areas rated highest. Gaining low or negative scores in some
other areas does not mean that you are desparately weak in these areas, rather that you
are clear in your mind where your strengths lie, and have allocated the points
accordingly.
Instructions :
* For each section, distribute
a total of 10 points among the sentences with which you most agree, or which you think
best describe yourself. You may find it helpful to print the questions out. Alternatively,
you can jot down the reference letters and your scores on a piece of paper.
* These points may be distributed among several sentences. In extreme cases, they may be
spread among all the sentences or all 10 points may be allocated to a single sentence.
