Encouraging Your Church to Pray

Weve already covered the importance of having a
prayer strategy to ensure that prayer is on the agenda in a church. Without such a
strategy, and without persistent encouragement the prayer life of a church and individuals
within a church may fade. Much of that encouragement is having prayer at the centre of the
churchs life and decision making, about having the right structures to encourage new
Christians to learn how to pray. We offer some thoughts on encouraging individuals to pray, and also some thoughts on encouraging corporate prayer.
