About the Teal Trust

The purpose of the Teal Trust is to encourage Christian leaders to develop their leadership, so increasing the capacity of the church for mission and ministry. Through the internet, and through training seminars, we want to encourage leaders to build their skills in developing and sharing vision, in building effective shared ministry teams, in leading their churches forwards into the future. Our focus is on building practical leadership earthed in sound theology and a biblical basis. We have worked with Christian leaders of many denominations who exercise their leadership in either the workplace and in the church.
